Shipping & Returns Shipping and Delivery:
We strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for your orders. Orders given before 13:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be shipped on the same day, while orders given later, will be shipped the following day. For orders given on Saturday and Sunday, process will begin on Monday.
We partner with PTT Cargo to deliver your orders within 2 business days to metropolitan cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, and Antalya. For other cities, delivery usually takes two to three business days.
We offer free PTT cargo service for purchases over 3000 TL. For orders below this amount, our shipping fee is 95 TL for all cities of Türkiye.
When your order is delivered by PTT Cargo, we kindly ask you to inspect the product in front of the officer and receive it. Our products are insured during shipping, so any damages that occur during transportation are the responsibility of the cargo company. If the product is damaged, please have the officer prepare a report and return the product.
Return and Exchange:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please notify us of your reason for return via the "Return request" on our website or by emailing us at [email protected] . Please note that we can only process requests with return approval. Once you receive approval, you can send the product back to us using PTT cargo with the code 305515476. After we receive the product, we will conduct necessary checks. If there are no issues, your return will be approved. Otherwise, we will contact you.
Once your return is approved, we will refund the amount to the credit card or debit card you used for payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank. If you used a credit card, the refund payment will usually be reflected within 1-3 days. For debit cards, it may take 7-10 days, and the transaction will appear as "iyzico".
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned with labels, in its original packaging, and with the invoice. We cannot accept returns for products that have been washed, damaged, had their labels removed, or have damaged packaging that affects their resellability. In such cases, the product cannot be returned, and the price will not be refunded.
Damaged Product Condition:
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at [email protected]. Please keep the product, its packaging, and the invoice intact, as we will need them for a detailed investigation. We will examine the situation as soon as possible and take the necessary actions to ensure your satisfaction.
